The rooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms, plus the food is fantastic, with convenient amenities like a work desk, coffee/tea maker, and TV available.

Our whole experience was quite comfortable, 100% recommend. We enjoyed the hotel, it was adorable and had unbeatable location close enough to train lines, the outskirts of Lucca, and train station, market, Piazza dei Miracoli and more. The staff were very amiable, took care of us during 1 day stay.

The breakfast food including cereal, biscuits, and fruit was delightful!

The coffee and milk provided are amazing, the room is cosy and welcoming with an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and central heating.

The place is cozy with a perfect location, close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Sabina, the host, is amazing and always available to help with advice and assistance. the breakfast provided has everything needed.

This place is quite clean, the staff is friendly, they are willing to assist, and its location is fantastic as it's near the city center, the tower, the cathedral.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the main attractions just a short walk away. It was great to have free parking nearby, saving us the hassle and expense of finding a spot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff did a great job of keeping the rooms tidy and providing fresh towels.

The limited breakfast options, with mostly pre-packed supplies and a limited choice of cereals and bread. Another drawback was the lack of resident staff, as we had to let ourselves in with instructions and key codes upon arrival.

The hotel is lovely, the staff is friendly, rooms are nicely decorated, and the location is great, just a 20-minute walk to the main square.
